Consumer Credit Management

Consumer Credit Management - Set Financial Goals - MMI

Developing specific goals is a key step in the consumer credit management process. Because family members may have different priorities, it is important to make a goal when setting a family project. Arrange your consumer credit management in order by the time you have to achieve them. One of your goals should be to establish an emergency savings account equal to at least three months of your living expenses.

Be realistic about consumer credit management

Make sure you're realistic and flexible about consumer credit management. If you set your goals too high, frustration will keep you from keeping them. Remind yourself of your goals on a regular basis. At the very least, you should write your goals down and post them where you will see them every day. Periodically review your consumer credit management goals and share successes with your family. If you are a visual person, surround yourself with photographs of what you are striving for.
